How campaign payments work
Plans are separate from campaign payments. When a brand hires a creator, the money goes through escrow:

1. Brand pays into escrow
The agreed rate plus the 10% platform fee, by card, UPI or net banking.

2. Creator delivers
The creator posts the content and submits the link. The brand reviews it.

3. Creator gets paid
Once the brand approves, the creator receives the rate minus the 10% platform fee, within 5 working days.

Is there really a free plan?
Yes! You can browse all profiles, use every free tool, monitor up to 5 profiles and run 1 campaign without paying anything. No credit card required.
What fee does SocialHipper take on campaigns?
A 10% platform fee is charged to both sides of a campaign: the brand pays the agreed rate plus 10%, and the creator receives the rate minus 10%. On a $100 job, the brand pays $110 and the creator receives $90. The fee covers holding the money in escrow, releasing it, and running the platform. Plan subscriptions are separate and have no fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do influencers need to pay?
No. Influencers get a free plan with everything needed to claim profiles, browse campaigns, and apply for collabs. Optional Pro and Elite plans unlock profile badges, media kit PDF exports, and higher limits for services, portfolio items and monitored profiles.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can change plans any time from your Billing page. Your current plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. In India you can pay in INR with UPI, cards or net banking; elsewhere you can pay in USD with any major international card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Pick your currency at checkout.
